Established in 1992, Paris Croissant Bakery owner Young Sook Im Han said their bakers have mastered the technique of coming up with the perfectly light and flaky croissants that has become a favorite of many customers.
With a chief baker that has over 30 years experience in the baking industry, Han said that they have developed various variations and flavors in their croissants to cater to the different tastes of the international markets.
“We cater to Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Taiwan, Russian, Filipino and local markets so we diversify our croissants,” Han said.
Check out Paris Croissant’s full shelves and choose try the various croissants and breads to satisfy your craving. You could go for the heavier flavors that could be eaten as a meal by itself like the croissant sandwich, hotdog sandwich, ham pastry, An Pan pastry, hot dog croissant, curry croquettes and pastry, plain croquettes, ham bread or with veggie and beef, and sausage doughnuts.
You could munch on the lighter ones such as cocoa bread, cinnamon pastry, chest nut twisted butter soft stick, chocolate cookies, soboro bread, coffee an pan, baby cream, choco cream bread, butter stick and corn butter stick, cinnamon manju, chest nut, cinnamon roll, or butter and jam.
Then there are those sweet and soft rolls such as corn roll castella, green tea castellan, soft castellan, white castellan, and cherry castellan.
Han said the best sellers in the bakery and in the stores are the pecannut pie, An Pan and the stick pie.
My favorite is the freshly baked stick pies straight from the oven. They are light, crispy on the outside and soft and buttery on the inside. The smell is heavenly and the sticks just crumble and melt in your mouth. It deserves a “10” for having the over-all yum factor in croissants.
